LERA's core is not to defeat AGI or ASI intellectually, but to control whether it can turn intelligence into real-world execution. Even if a system is smarter than humans, better at planning, or more persuasive, its generated action must not automatically receive execution eligibility merely because it appears correct.
Action still has to pass through judgment, authority, responsibility, reliability rules, and execution control. A fuse does not need to understand the intention of electricity, and it does not need to be more complex than the entire circuit.
It has to hold the critical position: when required conditions are not satisfied, dangerous energy cannot continue to pass through. LERA holds the analogous position before machine intelligence enters real-world execution.
AGI or ASI may propose plans, but it must not automatically control the Execution Boundary. If it attempts to expand permissions, modify rules, bypass pathways, or induce humans to relax conditions, WRS, RCC, and ECS should govern rules, rule changes, and final execution respectively.
The key to resisting AGI or ASI attack is therefore not to be "smarter than it," but to make intelligence capable of proposing action without allowing it to obtain execution authority by itself. This requires LERA to be engineered as a genuinely non-bypassable control path, and to operate together with secure hardware, privilege isolation, cybersecurity, and human responsibility systems.
The answer to direct AGI/ASI attack is not to outthink every plan, but to deny automatic execution authority.
